Interior and exterior floors specified by traffic class and slip resistance, book-matched where the vein allows.

Hand, machine and standard
Our process starts at the quarry face and ends in the container, with the documents an engineer needs at every stage.

Block selection
Blocks are graded at the quarry for colour, vein direction and soundness.

Sawing & dry layout
Slabs are numbered in sequence and laid out digitally so veins flow across the facade.

Finishing
Honed, polished, brushed, flamed or bush-hammered on our own lines.

Carving
Five-axis CNC roughs the form, and master carvers finish it by hand.

Testing
Lots are tested for density, absorption and strength against ASTM / EN standards.

Crating & export
Fumigated wooden crates, container load plans and inspection before loading.
