One chain, from the quarry face to the crate
Owning each step means one party is answerable for colour, cut and delivery, so problems are not passed between a quarry, a cutter and a trader.
- 01
Quarry
Blocks are extracted with diamond wire and graded at the face for colour, vein and soundness.
- 02
Block yard
Each block is numbered, measured and photographed before it is sawn.
- 03
Gang saw & cutting
Blocks are sawn into slabs in sequence, so book-matched and continuous-vein layouts stay possible.
- 04
Resin & finishing lines
Slabs are reinforced where needed, then honed, polished, brushed, flamed or bush-hammered.
- 05
CNC & carving hall
Five-axis CNC and waterjet for profiles and inlays, and hand finishing for sculpture.
- 06
Quality control & crating
Lots are checked against the order, photographed again, and packed in fumigated crates.
