Questions importers ask first
What is the minimum order?
Samples have no minimum. For production, one container is the usual starting point; mixed containers of several stones are possible.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the stone, the cutting and the quantity. Every quotation states its production and transit time in writing.
Can we see the actual slabs before shipping?
Yes. Each lot is photographed with its number, and you can approve slabs on video or in person.
Which certificates do you provide?
Lab test reports for density, absorption and strength, and a certificate of origin. Datasheets reference the ASTM / EN standards your engineer specifies.
